Scientific and Research Activities of the Laboratory



  • Experimental production of rape, sunflower, soybean and flaxseed oil,
  • raw material and oil analyses,
  • determination of the fat content of oilseeds, cereals and cereal products,
  • determination of the amount of raw fiber (cellulose, hemicellulose) in oil seeds, cereals, cereal and legumes products,
  • analysis of the oxidative stability of fats and oils, as well as products containing fat – the results are important in terms of storage (storage length, humidity), technological use (use of oils for cold and hot kitchen) and also from a nutritional point of view (fatty acids).
