The goal is to advance understanding of algae\u2019s health potential and highlight how it can be applied across food and pharmaceutical sectors. <\/p><p>We are also accepting abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations. From the submissions, a selection of short talks and posters will be chosen to complement the programme, which features leading experts from academia, industry, and the Algae4IBD project. <\/p><p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"342\">The event is organised within the EU-funded <strong data-start=\"43\" data-end=\"56\"><a href=\"https:\/\/algae4ibd.eu\/\">Algae4IBD<\/a><\/strong> project, which isolates and characterises high-value molecules from algae to identify drug candidates and to develop food products that help prevent and treat pain and inflammation associated with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).<\/p><p data-start=\"344\" data-end=\"448\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Please find further information on the event <strong data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"387\"><a href=\"https:\/\/algae4ibd.eu\/2025\/09\/17\/algae-in-food-and-pharma\/#info\">here<\/a><\/strong>.
