    Scientific activities<\/h3>

    The Laboratory of Molecular Biology focuses on the analysis of genetic variability in relation to significant traits and characteristics of animals and humans, as well as on the biology of bones, bone tissue, and diseases affecting bones.<\/p>

    The Embryotechnology Laboratory specializes in the production of embryos under in vitro<\/em> conditions, the evaluation of embryo quality used in biomedical research, and nucleologenesis.<\/p>

    The Physiological-Analytical Laboratory focuses on the biomonitoring of phthalates from biological samples in relation to human health and their applicability in livestock farming, as well as on proteomic analyses of epigenetic markers targeting early embryonic stages of economically significant animals.<\/p>

    The main competencies of the Biochemical Laboratory include determining the content of heavy metals in water, soil, and food, monitoring the intake and accumulation of toxic elements in living organisms, and determining and analyzing the antioxidant\/pro-oxidant properties of natural substances (chlorophylls, carotenoids, and polyphenols).<\/p>
